Still have the side shift mount brackets?
I am trying to convert to side shift and need it all. I was told that I need from the shifter back, is that right? I have an early 71 914-4 1.7 Any other parts? Let me know, thanks. Rick |

Rick Hey Rick: I have a 71 as well and have the pieces for my conversion which includes all of the parts shown in the 914 factory service manual (in Controls Section) If you want to, send me your email in a PM and I will forward the diagram and details from the manual to you today. Also, Bruce Stone has a host of hard to find parts for this conversion as well as the required bushings and one-use retainer pins (new) for you to complete this fairly simple task. |
