Found a package deal on a complete 75 2.0 djet fi system.good mps. Would the parts be plug and play for my 74 2.0 djet? Thanks!

Some of the parts will be plug and play, but not quite correct. For instance, as Slits mentions, if you use a mis-matched MPS and ECU the car will run, but not quite right all the time.

Others do not even plug in correctly, like the thermo-time switch on the 75+ car. It has another wire (a power wire) that the 73-74 part does not have.

That all said, I think the differences are relatively minor and it can be made to work. But it would be better to use all 75 parts if you're going to switch some of the main ones.
