Marty bumped my other thread, so let's set up a going away BBQ. I think Aug 29 would be a good day. Any conflicts with that date that I don't know about?
I won't have time to setup a whole food/drink setup. So let's call this a pot-luck style. Bring something to share (drinks or food). I have the BBQ here, so that's covered. I also have plates and plastic silverware. |

Forgive my curiosity, but what's with the shaved (warts) LE? Looks nice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Quite a few of us who have had cars painted will have the side marker (warts) hole welded up. European vehicles did not have the "warts" and look cleaner to the eye. That said, it is actually illegal to remove them as it was a US DOT specification. I have never heard of anyone being busted for not having them. The wiring can be used for the front Euro style turn signals (extra light in the bottom). It is white which is also illegal as in the US side markers are amber. I suppose you could use amber bulbs if available. In reality, who cares. A majority of the vehicle inspectors or POPOs have no idea of what kind of car they are looking at anyway. |
