Hi there,
I know there are tons of users out of FG flares and I wanted to get some opinions before I pulled the trigger for a set of flares. I know some have used Rennspeed, AA, Patrick, so I just wanted to get a sense of who was happy with the product. |

Check out this spread of the creation of a Rauh-Welt 911. He uses screws on the fenders, and instead of a welt, he has a neat trick with some sort of sealant/adhesive. I would think this only works well with flares that are really thin.

Pretty cool and definitely different but not practical for anything but a show car. One of the benefits of removable fenders is they are, well - REMOVEABLE. It appears most of what he does is for "show and shine"...nothing wrong with that but not how a "driven track car" needs to have easily removed and replaced panels (from shunts and offs). I'd stay with the welting if the car is to see maintenance, track or autocross duties. JMHO
PS: That is some thick head of hair that boy has...might catch it on fire with cancer stick. Tony Check out this spread of the creation of a Rauh-Welt 911.
