Looking to buy some Euromeisters and all I see is 7's and 9's in 17" rims. Do the 17x9's fit in the rear with AA steel flares? If not, do they need major work (grafting in metal) or just some tugging.

There is enough space under the flares for a 9" wheel/tire but the offset has to be just right. The AA flares come with a rather large inner fender lip which can be rolled for a bit more clearance. You can also use spacers and longer studs the move the wheel around a bit. But, as stated above, the actual offset of the wheel is the most important factor for this.
