The car is being set up for a fast guy, not me. I'm not exactly a beginner, but I'm about 1.5 sec off his times in a 50 sec AX in this car. He, in turn, runs bout 1.5 sec off the times of the fastest looser in the parade a few years back. Can't think of the winners name...a green 914.
The Kumhos are temporary....till they wear out. Then Hoosiers. The suspension settings are temporary, for that matter. Actually dirving the car will tell us which way to go. As to listening to what someone tells me...what do you think I'm doing? These guys are contemporary AX drivers.....and fast. Who should I listen to? In any case, I'm willing to listen to advise....from anyone. |
