Being lazy, I use a prepared mix which comes with a plastic bag to use in baking them in the oven. Then on a foil covered cookie sheet under the broiler to crisp them up. Comes "mild" or "hot". It is called "Original New York Style Buffalo Wings". Comes in a foil pouch and is found with other seasoning mixes/gravy. Can also grill 'em.
