Here's what I like to do...
Get a bag of frozen wings at the local wholesale club... Let the wings thaw. Take a ziplock back of flour. Season with salt, pepper (cayenne), and garlic powder. Pat the wings dry. Place them in the bag, inflate with air and shake. Pull out the floured wings and shake off exta flour (colander helps). Let sit for a few minutes. Deep Fry for about 15 - 18 mins at 375degees. Meanwhile make a wingsauce with about half stick of butter and about 1/2 cup of hot sauce, habanero sauce, cayenne peppa, whatever. Melt on low in a small pan. After wings come out of oil, drain onpaper towel and then brush on the sauce! Tastes like Hooters... No not those Hooters, the wings at Hooters! Regards, Karl |
