SO I have a couple of letters from the P-O-R-S-C-H-E grill and the 914 back emblem that have had their prongs broken off in half....common problem yes? Not enough length now to pass through the grill or body and be tightened.
These are the gold emblems and in good condition so i want to use them. Has anyone found a good solution for extending the broken prongs on the emblems so they can be fastened on the other side? |

This looks promising SteelStik.
Or sand the nub off and glue flat head screws to it. Or if you're super talented, drill and tap the nub for a tiny screw and wrap it in that putty. |
