I bought a craigslist teener sight unseen..yeah I am not sure if it was the best idea.
It was cheap and not bad overall condition .
Once getting into it. It has electrical issues.
Key doesn't engage the starter but it activates everything else
I turn on the lights they flip up and down and wont stop.
The turning signals will not work
As the brakes lights too.
No wipers either.

Where do I start?

But it has no rust hahahhaa

Daves wife wears a harness?

Jerry, post a pic in the other thread.....your thread

For the electrics,
1) get a volt meter
Check for 12vdc on the small yellow wire at the starter motor when key is in start position.
If yes, test starter
If no, wire may be spliced under passenger seat, check that splice
Could also be the ignition switch

2) headlights going up and down
Remove and replace headlight motor relays

For the rest of the wired ness, remove and clean every fuse and the tabs on the fuse box
