I have a whole bunch of 20 ish year olds who work for me. They are some great kids that lack the ability to see what can happen if things go wrong and how to deal with it. Schools do not teach them awareness and the everyone is a winner mind set never teaches them how to deal with failure. But when things are going right, they can do great stuff.
