I don't think it really has anything to do with age groups....it has more to do with QC and letting who is responsible for the activity know what is expected from the top down......
With youth comes lack of experience, but many times a unbridled enthusiasm that can be very powerful if channeled properly. In many cases the older folks have the experience, but are unwilling to listen, because "they know all". In the end the level of service to the recepiant as to the cargos condition lays at the feet of their supervisior, and really shouldn't be baised on the amount of digits in the workers age. |
