I have learned to never pay for insurance with UPS and FedEx. Turns out, they have it set up so the "insurance company" is different from the main company. When you make a claim, they simply give you a phone number to the insurance company and the insurance company says "improper packaging". If you call UPS/FedEx back, they tell you it's out of their hands because they don't actually provide the insurance. Genius. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chair.gif) |
