Has anyone ever experienced a torsion bar failure? At speed? If so, please, how did the car react and how severe was it? Also, if you have broken a bar - was it stock or aftermarket? I couldn't find an applicable thread...thanks.

I would say the tire would hit the inside of the fender and steering would be tuff.

Recently pushed a tub with one bar missing on to a trailer. Had to back it on 'cause nothing, including the U-Haul straps, would fit around the front tire.
