Did someone organize a bumper rechroming group buy in the past? I thought I read that some where? I was wondering if it was worth to try and organize another one?

At 650.00 each to fix and rechrome and 40.00 each to deliver, plus shipping to get them there.... ....... did he have a good place to hammer out a few dents and rechrome my front bumper, no problem he sent it out to a place they have a contract with and added $50 on top of his cost for their shop total was $375 and it was perfect. This is the thing about getting a quote for a group buy on rechroming, one person's bumper may need 2-4 hours of prep time and another's 3-4 days. How do you make a fair, "one price fits all" for that? The guys with one dent and two scratches helps pay for the prep time for the guys with rusted out, full of holes POS? Just wondering....
