I am attempting to replace a seats adjustment handle [entire piece). At the no of the assembly there is a rivet at the pivot point. What are my options to remove it?
Or would I be better off trying to find a whole assembly with the handle already attached from someone out there? If so does someone out there have one they would like to get rid of. Thanks in advance. Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Figured it out. Press fit rivet cap on one end of a solid metal pin. Drilled the rivet cap off and tapped the pin out. Easy to reinstall the pin fits tight and probably doesn't need another rivet cap on re-install, just some grease.
