The 1974 2.0L that I bought last year had a 911 5-gauge instrument dash installed. The dash has a combo Fuel & Temp gauge, combo Oil Temp & Oil (Druck) Pressure gauge, Speedo, Tach, and Clock. The center console has Amp, Voltmeter, and CHT gauges. I have no idea if the center console was stock or an add on.
I'd like to remove the center console and open up the space, but mount 2 gauges under the dash. So, the question for smarter guys than me...of the Amp, Voltmeter, and CHT, which one do you not "need". This is a great forum for new 914 owners. It's stripped and heading to the paint shop next week. Can't wait. Many thanks. |
