I can't find anyone in the Nashville TN area that can fix a bropken hinge on my rear trunk. I bought the item from Pelican to fix it, can't find an actual hinge. I can't figure it out. Thank you

I recall jwest saying the kit doesn't require removing the torsion bar? No, torsion bar removal is required. You have to get those out of the way and the hinge arm out of the way to remove the old hinge bracket. What you might be thinking about is that I said not to remove the trunk lid. If it is left in place, the hinge can be positioned while the deck lid is all lined up so there is no trial and error. |
