Great condition 914. Fresh paint and body kit installed.
Motor is a 1.7 L with dual carbs (no longer fuel injected). The transmission is the stock 5 speed transmission. I currently have two different 914 projects and want to focus on just one. I don't need to sell this car, and will continue to work on it as time goes by, but cost will reflect additional work that I do. This is a running driving car now with the stock motor/trans. A little about the car: Body kit installed and paint done by professional shop in Glendale. Custom interior including new carpet, seat upholstery, door panels, dash covers, knee pad covers. 911 Wheels/tires New brakes and wheel bearings in front New Windshield New brake master cylinder New steering wheel and hub New turn signal switch New ignition switch Gauges and electrical systems work. Original motor was removed for cleaning and replaced push tubes, rods, seals and rocker assembly on passenger side. New wires, plugs, coil, cap, rotor installed. On my punch list of things to do to the car: Sync the carbs Install new window seals. I have them still new in box from 914rubber.com Rekey the door locks so they work with existing key. I have new door lock cylinders. Adjust the emergency brake cables Install the glove box and glove box door. I have the parts. I can't think of anything else, but will add/delete to the list as I get things done. I have pics before, during and after body paint as well. This car is not perfect, but a great looking ride with lots of flair. The fender flares and front and rear spoilers really add to the appeal of the car. Photo album here. There are also a few pics of the subaru drivetrain that I will sell with the car. If the buyer doesn't want the subaru, we can work it off the price.
