My e-brake gauge light was always on. Somewhere in the wire there is a short,
it's not the switch under the handle. The wire seems to go down the left long toward the firewall, but then where is it going physically? For now it's disconnected but I'd like to try to find the short sometime. Thanks |

Yes, along the left long toward the firewall, then crosses at the firewall to the center tunnel (originally behind the backpad). From the center tunnel it joins the rest of the wire loom running up to the dash area.
