Can someone tell me how to remove this door trim, the piece that holds the felt against the window and the rubber between the door and wndow?
Seems to slide a little, but I can't see how it's attached and thought better to ask then break something by forcing too much.  |

Occasional;ly they are rusted out. and can be drilled if necessary.
