Originally owned by Eric Strenger, the original ad designer for Porsche, he considered this the Porsche he loved the most. These rare cars were built for homologation with very very few made for the street. The m471 code was for the competition option group package, and on the 914-6 included
steel flares
steel flared front belly pan
fiberglass flared rocker panels
21mm wheel spacers
6 inch fuchs alloy wheels

Guess who owns the car now?

yupp, but he wasn't the original owner ... he owned it for the longest time (about 20 years)

he got the car in May 1973 with more than 36T km (about 22,500 miles) on the clock
