Hi,
Any experts out there know if I can use 2.7L crank/rods in an original 914-6 case? If so, can I use the original flywheel and clutch? If not, can I use a 915 flywheel/clutch with the existing clutch cable and gearbox (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) thanks |

Yes you can, makes a torquey 2.1something, Plus more compression .Your six flywheel will work too, But the timing marks on the flywheel will be off .just time off the front pulley. It never hurts to lay crank in and double check case clearance.I havent had any problems with the ones Ive done. Cost versus end result is one of the best for the money, If the rest of your motor is decent. Jeff
