I know I hadn't been here in quite some time, but I knew you guys would appreciate this. It tells it's own story. Looks like ass, but seems to be very solid including the longs. 10/72 and I'm trying to score the motor from the son of the guy that had it. Hoping for a 2.0L

Well, you guys nailed it! Think I’m going to go rat rod. Got a text the other day from a mechanic friend, who has the entire running gear suspension and brakes for the car, off of a car stripped for a racer. $1800 buys everything including a fresh motor. Think I will clear coat right over the rust and assemble the car as is. I know it’s ugly, but looks to be very straight in solid, including the longs!!
