When I started this project of 914-6 conversion my 1st parts were a set of nice 15x7 and 15x8 fuchs with brand new p6000s on them. They had no miles on them. I dropped off a few tires and wheels to get mounted up and they called that the new zero mile tires had a 3 inch cut on one and a chunk missing from the other. How is this possible 1st of all . They removed the tires so the wheels could be refinished and also remounted them.. Seems like a sales job to me..
Either way p 6000s are 260 each. So now wondering what to do. Could I use 205 50 and 225 50s on the wheels. I can almost get the brand new tires (4) for the "2" bad tires? Thoughts? |

Another +1 on Toyo PROXES R888R -
I have 205/50ZR15 on 7s with minor lip rolling on a narrow body. Great tires. |
