Update/ My 914 Gallery, The engine Turned! || My 914 Gallery Options

So me and my shop guys were able to get it the engine to turn over and I am so so so happy. Now I don't need a new engine, probably just needs a tune up kit on it.

Now below is my google gallery.
Now I know there is quite a bit of rust, and thats okay, Im just tired of heading discouragement from non believers!

since the 1.8 L engine runs, I wont be EJ20 swapping it, I am going to be keeping it original.

You will probably need the inner long, outer long, inner wheelhouse, rear floor pans, and inner suspension console. That should get you started. What you see is about 20% of the rust. Not trying to bash you, its just experience with these cars.

Take heart, your car looks to be in similar condition as mine when I finally dove in for the resto. Thirty years of discouragement from nonbelievers is probably what saved my car. Spite can be a great motivator (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)

Also, read through the various build threads from @cary . He provides lots of detail of repairs that are a treasure trove to learn from.
