For a someone new to Porsche, what would be a good book as a reference guide to rebuild car & engine?
Looking through old topics, I found recommendations for Haynes Repair Manual and Wilson's How to Rebuild Your Volkswagen air-Cooled Engine.

Looking through amazon, I also found "Porsche 914 4 Cylinder Engines Owners Workshop Manual 1969-1976" by Brooklands, "914 Porsche: A Restorer's Guide to Authenticity" and "How to Restore and Modify Your Porsche 914 and 914/6". Any thoughts on these books? Any others?

Is there a good website with a step by step info?

Thank you,

Vadim

For the engine both of these are very helpful:

Raby Video

Wilson Book

Hopefully Jake will come out with an updated video before too long, but this is still very relevant.
