(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) what kind of advice can yall give me about getting more power from my smog equiped 75 engine. you guys told me it was the least powerfull out of the engines because of the smog equipment. is there a cheap and easy way to get some horses out my motor?? any suggestions would help...

remove that and your motor will not work PERIOD...you need to read* and get some information on how your FI works before screwing around with it....

like mentioned earlier, better exhaust (header or heat exhangers from a '74 or older) will help

the only smog an L-Jet should have is the cat. converter I believe (due to it being a better, cleaner FI than the D-Jet)

your next jump to get an increase in power is to open up the motor and that gets expensive...

are you sure it's been properly tuned up? huge differance sometimes just by doing that....


*do a google search for L-Jet, there are some great web sites out there for it...
