Hi all,

Trying to establish a fair market value of this factory 914-6 911 RS steering wheel. Factory numbers are 914 347 806 10 dated 4/70. The leather has dry cracks otherwise very clean. I also have in excellent condition the horn button. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It's not a 6 wheel with that plastic cup on the back..... and other details.
It is leather and still desirable.

I agree, it is four cylinder steering wheel, we have at least 30 on the shelf in this condition, I would say 250 for a core value, to be restored. There is a place in Texas that does a great job restoring

You are totally wrong. 806 10 has always and only been a six wheel.
Take a look at some of your cars if you don’t believe me.

look at his pic , first post , it has the 4 banger plastic shroud still..
you are correct about, by the part book, that is a fact..
914 347 805 10 Steering wheel 1
Leather
But, its an assembly part number , because it comes with the 4 banger plastec hub extension with it......
Thats what makes the early 4 banger wheels an easy score....it an 806 10 wheel with some plastic screwed to it.
