Hello all
I am forced by a move to sell my 914/914/6 parts. These parts are the ones I have kept over 30 years from 20-30 914s. I have restored a couple of cars including a original -6 I have taken the time to inventory these parts so there is no surprises. Also pics of the parts for everyone to view. There is enough great parts to rest a 70-71 -4 or a 70-71 -6 I will not separate these parts! I am sorry if that is inconvenient but I need them to go as one for a lucky restorer who wants to restore an old car correctly. The parts have been relocated to an enclosed trailer that I used to move some of my tools and such. I will also be selling it and have it listed if someone wants to buy the parts and the trailer at the same time. I will have to sell the parts before I can sell the trailer if someone only wants the trailer.I am putting up the parts list and you can view the pics at Flickr. I will try to answer any question you may regarding the sale of these parts. 3 malhe wheels and 1 5 1/2 steel wheel fair shape complete 1.7 engine and tranny W0023146 locked up. dropped valve I think 6 4cyl drive axels rear control arms new bearings 2 starters good 1.7 exhaust tail shift connection parts 1.7 engine support bar 2 hoods not rotten nice! 2 early door cores not rotten nice 2 partial complete early doors passenger door nice driver door has some rot at the seal. 2 early door window glass good early fuel tank 3 steel expansion tanks/2 filler necks partial engine cooling tin door parts, years of extra keys 4 door checks heater control rear trunk shocks light bulbs 4 early 911 coils 2 hood springs 2 spare tire secures pile of rear camber shims 2 shift knobs poor early seat belts fair early glove box and strap 2 fog light bulbs I think used fuel gauge spare cables all good -6 oil lines windshield wiper arms driver/passenger window regulators solid pedal boards male wheel lugs 1.7 engine mount tire strap early 914 owners manual and cover light covers fresh air control 2 solid pedal clusters 2 early windshield wiper motors early steering unit with matching door locks/ all together new with to convert early car to intermitted wipers 2 nice early tops 1 early engine lid with original uncracked rain tray 1 74 engine lid 3 rear window glass one with defogger fair early center cousin 11 fair/poor sunvisors nice A pier covers map box and upper passenger door pull 5 jacks 2 heavy duty springs 3 seat mounts 2 2.0 engine mounts 1 sideshift rod 2 boge front struts front and rear Koni shocks and struts need rebuild nice 165 pound springs 1 steering rack 2 fresh air fans working when removed and stored 3 sets rocker panels 1 set fair 1 set poor 1 set 80-90s nice aftermarket 1 2.0 steel rear valance 2 front valance nice 4 master cal steering rack covers all nice 2 nice/fair early bumpers front 2 nice/fair early rear bumpers one is the very early square bumper mixed bag of chrome glass trim for different cars over the years 1 early dash pad nice/fair. for its age pretty nice complete 71 interior 8 1/2 very nice shape! very nice dash including nice dash pad complete set matching locks early small rear view mirror nice would complete a nice resoration. it was my plan to do one more car but was no to be. very nice targa pad 3 early steering wheels 3 foot rest fair early seat belts 1 fair proper fit cover 1 aftermarket dash cover from the 80-90s nice 1 set 75-76 door panels fair front carpet back pad/rear trunk pad new 1 behind driver seat carpet new 3 DPD air conditioning parts enough to make one functional a/c 3 front trunk tire covers poor door panels from-6 Things that are boxed early fair narrow mirror 2 German lights 2 good side mirrors one early one later early light switch one intermitted cluster misc gaskets 2.0 4 later mirrors tag lights and marker lights boxed used US pistons and cylinder for 2.0 both good used 2.0 cam good early 911 trans case many relay boards fair /poor need bottom restored new seals 914 rubber more new seals from the past. most likely enough to do entire car front/rear sway bars and misc parts shift rod parts for side shift very nice rear light assembles for a restoration. extremely hard to find! I spent a lot of time putting this together so that some questions can be answered by looking. These parts will make it possible for someone to complete a car in really nice shape and still have lots of parts in spare. the money I am asking is for just a few of the parts and the rest will be for someones trouble. this would be an easy doubling of your money if you have the time to part them out individually. I do not have this kind of time so I am listing all together only! Please don't ask me to part them up for you! I do not have the time to do it unfortunately not to mention I have had a 914 for 35 years and it stings a bit selling this stuff! The trailer is a 24 ft hallmark ole pro with a 6500 Onan commercial generator in it . brakes need some help due to a wiring issue but I have the wire and lights new that I will let go to the new owner so it can also be made right. Again, I cannot sell the trailer until the parts are sold because since the move that is my parts storage location. parts must go first or a package deal. $4500 for the parts $4000 for the trailer https://www.flickr.com/photos/183860495@N08 I will entertain offers. |

There's quite a few large collections of 914 parts for sale at the moment.
I helped sort and organize a local collection that is about the same as yours and it took 3 days just to sort. The problem is moving and storing the parts. Unless you have a shop or a whole lot of spare time/room these collections aren't something the average enthusiast can handle. I would recommend "cherry picking" the best parts and tossing/donating the others. The value in the collection is in those parts. Not trying to insult you or devalue your stuff just being realistic in outlook. Glws |
