I’ve followed the past postings on the 123Ignition and was able to get mine (Bluetooth Version) installed in my 914 with a Raby 2270 engine. My question is I’ve never messed with the Map Curve Settings, I’m still getting some misfires when the car is cold until it warms up. I’m not sure if I need to adjust the Map settings to address this problem or help on reaching peak performance? Thanks for any suggestions. I’ve attached a couple of current pics of the settings for the Centrifugal Curve and Map Curve. Thanks

When you say misfires when cold, do you mean a “sneeze” out of the carbs when cold. If so, it’s fairly normal when cold. Do you have a wide band O2 sensor installed?

No 02 sensors installed on this Type 4 engine. As far as the misfire its more of a cough. I’m not sure that you even need a Map Curve setting when your using carbs instead of Fuel Injection.
