Hi Folks,
I'm new to the forum. I've been trying to get my project up and going for a couple of years now and it's finally about to get some momentum over the coming months. I tried to start a thread in the 'Restoration and Build Threads' area but I got a note saying that I didn't have permission to do so. Is it cool to start a build thread in this part of the forum? Thanks and greetings from Australia. // Luke. Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() |

Hey that's looking great Luke, I'm envious!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) Keep it up, and welcome btw.
Quick question.. at one point your entire car was primed white (looks white on my monitor) but then in the next shots it's dull black w/ grey looking filler at the quarter fenders. Can you give me a quick explanation? I assume imperfections were found after a black sealer went on? but could not be seen with the white primer? I assume a fresh black sealer followed, and was used under the green, right? Sorry just trying to understand the process your guy used. |
