I just replaced the pushrod tube seals on my '72 1.7 and wanted to verify that I torqued the rocker arms correctly. I torqued both 1 and 3 cylinders at TDC (rotor in distributor pointing at 12:00 on the notch) and #2 and 4 with roter at 3:00. Did I need to rotate the engine at all between 1&3 or 2&4? I torqued to 130 inch/pounds or almost 11 ft/lbs.

Thanks for the help, hope to adjust valves and replace valve cover gaskets tomorrow.
