...don't ask me how, but I managed to drop a screwdriver in the center console where the 3 gauges are located.
Is there a way in? Do the gauges push out like the speedo does? Or am I doomed to take the entire console out? |

Lot of funny guys here. I do prefer to pull the front panel off a little differently than just pulling from the top. I reach around from the top and feel for the backs of the two metal clips near the top corners and PUSH them out. The reason being that the clips are in press board and if they are clipped in tight, you can pull them right out of the front panel and tear out the holes they go in in the process. Pushing them out from the back is more gentle to the panel.
