Besides the footwell and maybe the doors, where are you guys finding room for speakers?

I love my two 6 inch speakers in the center of my back pad. In addition to the front footwell speakers, one back pad speaker is wired to the left rear channel and the other to the right rear channel. These pad speakers are up nearer my ears and I can balance the four channels at speed with the roof off so it sounds like surround sound inside!
