The guy in the white jacket talking to the group of on-lookers is in the same position with same hand gesture in both pictures.
I have seen cranes do this but never twice. The green one is considerably bigger with a greater lift capacity. Rule # 1 when lifting with cranes "know your boom reach to lift limit" |
