I go out to the Banana to open the front hood and grab the pull handle and it has a key lock in it. The ignition key fits and works the lock. I turn it to up and down and can not pull the release. I turn it to sideways and it will not pull. Any ideas? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Mine is also a sumbitch to open. I suppose pulling the cable out and lubing it with teflon or something would sure help.
Question though --> when one uses hood pins on the front lid, do you typically keep the regular latch as well? (I currently have a steel lid but think hood pins will be a good safety measure even if I don't swap for a f/g lid.) |
