Fixing an injector seal leak, thought I’d replace the elbows. Always great stuff from 914 Rubber, so am wondering if they need to be shortened? They are quite a bit longer than the old ones, and have a sharper angle. The problem is they interfere with the MPS placement. If I try to make it work the elbows are pinched at the curve. Seems easy enough to cut off an inch or two, but that doesn’t seem right.
Thoughts? |

So, it was a leaking injector body, not the elbow. So I’ve a replacement injector, but need to exchange the cracked elbow. How should I remove the crimped fit while being gentle on the injector?
