My intermittant cranking is back after one year, was starting well for quite a while. Have power when turn the key but no crank. If I turn the key I can jump start it from the add on starter solenoid with a screwdriver pictured here. Also shown is the relay box, is there anything inside here that I need to check? Wires seem good on the starterAttached Image Attached Image

I would clean all of your connections and put some dialectic grease so they don't get corrosion. If that does not clear it up i would suspect the wire from the ignition switch and then the switch.
You are bypassing the relay when you jump the starter with a screwdriver.
Also that relay being metal housed i would switch it out for a plastic sealed bosch unit.
