Has anybody removed the pop-up headlights (sealing those seams) and changed to the newer, smaller LED or projector headlights?

I have seen many variations on the removed stock headlights and none of them have really felt right to me. I like the character the pop ups give the car when up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
