hi all,
i'm looking for a place to refurbish wheels in the greater bay area ...

anyone have a lead for a good & cheap (haha) place?

i have a set of alloy ronal wheels, 8" x 16 and 9" x 16 that currently have a "chrome" finish on them that is flaking off.
i would like to go with the polished look and black centers.

PS: here's how they currently look ...

If you want a bit of DIY , Call your local chrome plater and tell you want to remove the chrome from alloy wheels they should do it . Its a electrosis method. they have to keep an eye on em thou, I have had a few chrome sets stripped, Cost 125.00 for 4 wheels they come out sqeaky clean. Then they need polish and paint.
