My 914 only came with one key—and after purchasing a few blanks online, they didn't seem to match at all... My guess is that my ignition was swapped at some point, or I am missing some info on ordering a replacement. Any help?

The replacement lock cylinder sold by the dealer was for a 924, so you got a different key.

Someone on here will be able to sell you an ignition lock cylinder for a 914. You can take it and all the other locks to a locksmith and have them keyed the same.
