Been media blasting a bunch of stuff lately and still have hood springs to do (amongst a ton of other things).. was wondering about paint for the flexible nature of these springs (which really isn’t very, but then again...). Was hoping to use a spray bomb trim paint and not have to mix up anything special. Am I over thinking it? Thoughts?

I've been using VHT satin black epoxy for parts like that. It's a single stage rattle can epoxy. You can get it at NAPA for a decent price
