"Have known him for maybe 20 yrs. He is a continuing criminal enterprise. He conned me into investing in two 911’s with him, got new titles for them and sold them. I have the cancelled checks, org titles, contract between us, etc. I reported him, the cars were traced and current locations etc known, but local DA says “private matter” and refused to prosecute even though he torched his “shop” in an old feed mill in Novato, and claimed that one of the cars burned in the fire. The car was shipped to Europe before the fire. Putting him away was too much work, so he continued
in business for another 10 yrs
doing the same stuff. Now they get some big headlines, but may not prosecute. They will continue to get their fat salary’s and pensions and the beat will go on, and he will continue most likely doing what he has anyways done. Ask Al -former owner of Parts Heaven - about Krieger and how the cops have done nothing to lock him up. He’s been operating here for 40+ years, with impunity.
