My understanding, tell me if I'm wrong, is that the side decals came on the appearance cars. If one is added to a non-appearance car, will it help or hurt the resale value?

If one is added to a non-appearance car, will it help or hurt the resale value? not so. at least for negative side stripes in 74. a lot of the cars in 74/75 had them - from the dealer new. positive ones might be a different story. were earlier version. some sixes had those originally. i am pretty sure you could get them as a dealer option not necessarily tied to appearance group or LE or anything else. |
