I picked this up about 20 years ago. It hasn't been mounted on the car. Does anyone recognize it? Someone suggested it's a Leitz for a 356.

I'm looking for something to use for an upcoming 12-week road trip. Revo-rack looks promising. Two people with tent and camp gear will fill the car quickly. Some added storage space could be useful.

That's definitely not the 914 rack by Aamco? Do a WTB in the classifieds. Somebody usually has one up for sale. The downside is you have to drill holes in your trunk lid, so some people have a spare lid hanging in there garage with the rack on it.
Here's a thread with pictures. http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=79047
