I picked this up about 20 years ago. It hasn't been mounted on the car. Does anyone recognize it? Someone suggested it's a Leitz for a 356.
I'm looking for something to use for an upcoming 12-week road trip. Revo-rack looks promising. Two people with tent and camp gear will fill the car quickly. Some added storage space could be useful. ![]() |

That is not a Factory rack, which were supplied by Reutter and Leitz. I have one like it, it's the one pictured here with the ski attachments. The Factory ones are curved and are pictured here. Trust me, I've seen and have a lot of racks, which used to be worth money but now that the repro is about $400 you can get about $100-200 for a real one. Should have sold them all when they were $400-500, oh well.
