Anyone see this story on Hagerty the other day? I found it slightly clever and somewhat humorous. Please delete if this has already been posted or is not appropriate for any reason. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

There is NEVER a legit or even a close to good reason to remove fuel injection and install carbs. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

If you must have the look of carbs, then use this:

They even make them to replace the IDA3C.

Those look sweet, but how do they sound? While I prefer a D-Jet or an L-Jet fuel injection system, I gotta admit that I love the sound of the Italian dual Weber carbs or even the twin Dell'Ortos on a well-tuned 914/4. Of course carbs are the only way to go with a flat-six, but flat-fours were made for fuel injection.
