I'm seeing numbers from 23-30 MPG for a stock '75 1.8L. What says the forum???

got 28mpg (usa imperial measurement) on a trip up country last year when i measured out of curiousity.
70 mph/roof off cruise most of the way with a bit of giving it to it on some curves/hilly minor road stuff at the end. 2 occupants and luggage. lot less around town. not too sure but probably 20mpg or thereabouts. stock 74. correct profile tyres. |
