I'm replacing my rear shocks with the Bilstein B6 Performance shock and I'm wondering about some parts that are in the PET catalog.
Specifically, part 4, 5 and 6. ![]() The instructions say to install just like the OEM shocks. The problem is that the PO didn't use these so I don't have them. I can find part #6 (here is an image from Stoddard). ![]() Part #5 is just a big washer but I have no idea what part #4 looks like. PET calls it a cap and its part number is: 91433350300. If it is just a dust cap, then the shocks I bought already have one. Any help/advice would be most welcome. Thanks. George |

Bilsteins should not need an external bump stop, especially if you install springs stiffer than original.
